The Costa Barber Singers are one of the few Barbershop Chorus groups in the Costa Blanca Area. The singers have been in the area for over 20 years, singing at countless private and charity events.
The aim of the singers is not only to entertain, but to keep the traditions of barbershop singing alive. It is open to all ages , abilities and sexes, and any people interested in joining our group would be made extremely welcome.

Founded in 1971 by Brian Sumner, the Costa Blanca News started life as an English page in the Ciudad newspaper in Alcoy.
Following eager acceptance the single sheet Ciudad soon became a newspaper in its own right and Costa Blanca News was born in 1973. Since then it has grown and enjoyed spectacular success, being nominated for Valencia’s Best Company award in the Nova Prizes in 2002.
