Ador is a municipality in the comarca of Safor in the Valencian Community, Spain.

In 2006 the population of Ador was 1,398

In 2008 the population of Ador was 1,513.

The area is almost completely covered with lush orange groves, with a stunning backdrop of the Safor mountains. The region enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate, with refreshing sea breezes taking the edge off the hot Spanish summers.

Ador can be found approximately 5km from the town of Gandia.

Neighbouring villages include Villalong and Palma de Gandia.
