The 2025 Moors and Christians Festival in Dénia wrapped up with an amazing finale on August 15th—the Christian Parade stole the show! With knights in shining armor, epic medieval costumes, and flawless moves, the Christian crews brought the Reconquista vibes to life, turning Marqués de Campo into a sea of strength, honor, and tradition.

The Christian side totally wowed the crowds with their chivalry and crusader energy. From noble knights to fierce warriors, their parade stood out against the exotic Moorish groups, showing off centuries of faith, courage, and Christian pride.

As thousands lined the streets—Calle La Vía, Calle Diana, and Marqués de Campo—the Christian crews rolled in with floats, music, and killer performances. Every detail, from the shiny armor to the waving banners, was a shoutout to tradition, blending past and present in one epic show.

This year’s Christian Captain, Santi Escortell, had the huge honor of representing the strength and spirit of the Christian side. Leading with faith and pride, he guided the crews like a true boss.

His captaincy got an extra boost from the Guerrers Hospitalaris, who teamed up with Aprosdeco to create an inclusive and meaningful float—proving Christian tradition is all about unity and community.

El bando cristiano cautivó al público con su caballerosidad y energía cruzada. Desde nobles caballeros hasta feroces guerreros, su desfile destacó entre los exóticos grupos moriscos, mostrando siglos de fe, valentía y orgullo cristiano.

Mientras miles de personas se congregaban en las calles —Calle La Vía, Calle Diana y Marqués de Campo—, las comparsas cristianas desfilaron con carrozas, música y actuaciones espectaculares. Cada detalle, desde las relucientes armaduras hasta los estandartes ondeantes, era un homenaje a la tradición, fusionando pasado y presente en un espectáculo épico.

El Capitán Cristiano de este año, Santi Escortell, tuvo el enorme honor de representar la fuerza y el espíritu del bando cristiano. Liderando con fe y orgullo, guió a las tripulaciones como un auténtico jefe.

Su capitanía recibió un impulso adicional de los Guerrers Hospitalaris, quienes se unieron a Aprosdeco para crear una carroza inclusiva y significativa, demostrando que la tradición cristiana se basa en la unidad y la comunidad.
