Sandra Villas SL is a local business founded in 1993, becoming a Limited Company in 1997, based on more than 20 years experience of the owner, and is one of the oldest and most established rental companies in Moraira, registered with the Ministry of Tourism nro EEAT-185A.

We are open all year round and offer a wide range of rental properties for any period of the year, apartments in the town, bungalows & villas with community pool and villas with private pool, with accommodation ranging from 2 to 12 persons. We also take care of the maintenance, cleaning and linen of our properties for our owners and clients.

We are a local firm with professional, efficient and multi-lingual staff (we speak English, Spanish, French, German & Dutch), and are proud of our reputation for our services and a warm, friendly welcome to Moraira.
