Camping Florantilles Torrevieja, San Miguel de Salinas
Florantilles park occupies an elevated position with many pitches overlooking the surrounding orange groves and the famous salt lake nature reserve towards torrevieja.
Summer shade is provided by Eucaliptus, Rubber and beautiful lilac flowered Jacaranda trees. In the autumn, however, the foliage is heartily pruned to provide maximum sunshine for our growing family of long and short-term winter clients.
Mediterranean flora, fauna and wildlife are in abundance all around the site, with squirrels and hedgehogs wandering freely! Many species of birds visit the salt lakes and swifts can regularly be seen skimming the surface of the two large swimming pools to drink. Flocks of flamingos browse in the Salinas de la Mata and Hoopoes come to feed and nest in the surrounding orange and lemon groves.
