Gandia’s Falla Turística is a one-of-a-kind work of sculpture commissioned for the Fira i Festes de Gandia that expresses the cultural heritage of the town and stimulates its tourist appeal. Unlike more traditional fallas,

which are likely to be constructed on the theme of social or political satire, the Falla Turística aims to portray the history, customs, and natural environment of Gandia. The detailed and vivid artwork is an expression of tribute to the unique character of the town.

During the festivities, the Pasacalle Fallero adds to the excitement of the event. It’s an exhilarating parade filled with falleros (participants of the fallas) in formal attire, marching along the streets to music and dance, evoking the joyous atmosphere of celebration. It’s an obligatory element of the festivity that invites both local residents and foreigners to join the festivities. The Falla Turística is displayed throughout the festival, and on the final night, it is destroyed in the Cremà, ending the festivities with a fire. This combination of art, culture, and tradition makes Gandia’s Falla Turística quite distinctive.

Durante las festividades, el Pasacalle Fallero se suma a la emoción del evento. Es un desfile emocionante lleno de falleros (participantes de las fallas) vestidos de gala, que marchan por las calles al son de la música y el baile, evocando el ambiente alegre de la celebración. Es un elemento obligatorio de la festividad que invita tanto a los residentes locales como a los extranjeros a unirse a las festividades. La Falla Turística se exhibe durante toda la fiesta y la última noche se destruye en la Cremà, poniendo fin a las fiestas con un incendio. Esta combinación de arte, cultura y tradición hace que la Falla Turística de Gandia sea muy particular.
